Must Make Food of 2011

Happy new year! And also happy anniversary to my husband (who doesn't read my blog). It's our 1 year anniversary today. :)

Picking my favourite things I've made in 2011 is proving to be an impossible task. So I've narrowed it down to 15 (I was trying for 11). I look forward to seeing other people's top 2011 lists.

Dark and Dangerous Triple Chocolate Cookies

Cheddar and Black Pepper Scones

Garlic Cheese Bread

Jalapeno Popper Dip

Pasta with Ruby Chard and Cranberries

Kung Pao Sauce

Red & White Tortellini

Triathalon Tostadas

Perfectly Crunchy Granola

Healthy Carrot Cake Power Scuffins

Know Your Roots Salad

Vegan Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies

White Bean & Walnut Bruschetta

Sweet Potatoes with Pecans, Goat Cheese and Celery [a.k.a. Roasted Marshmallow-y Sweet Potatoes with Thanksgiving on Top]

Detox Blonde Macaroons

Happy New Year Ashley! Thanks for such a great list - I'm always impressed with how many recipes you manage to try. I hope the long commute doesn't eat into your cooking time too much in 2012 :-)

Happy Anniversary!! My husband doesn't read my blog either and our anniversary is a day after yours, so I feel your pain. LOL

Great eats! Seeing those cookies makes me want to make some right now.

Now that's a delicious recipe recap. I'm going to have to go back through the ones I've missed and bookmark them. Those cheddar scones have been on my list to make for a while now.
