I hope you post about them when you make them! I REALLY want to make those dulce de leche brownies. They've been on my list of things to make for a while... I should just do it instead of waiting for a special occasion!

s: Yes they definitely could have more earl grey tea, I agree. Maybe there'd be a way to also infuse the butter with the earl grey tea. I wonder if that would make a difference. I want fancy molds! I want the rose bundt mold. I didn't think I would want it but then I saw someone make this beautiful cake with it so now I must have it.

lynn: I'm happy you like the madeleines. :) Hope you enjoy the recipe!eatme_delicioushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14657772782487330009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8215952987234403681.post-70721012987733744772007-07-20T11:23:00.000-07:002007-07-20T11:23:00.000-07:00Your madeleines make me so happy, just looking at ...Your madeleines make me so happy, just looking at how beautiful they are. I love Earl Grey tea, so I know these would pop right out of the oven and into my mouth. Thanks for the recipe!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8215952987234403681.post-14992407702865504932007-07-18T13:30:00.000-07:002007-07-18T13:30:00.000-07:00I think they'd be good with even more earl grey te...I think they'd be good with even more earl grey tea, but maybe that's just me :p Hm, I was just reading the reviews on the silicone pans and it doesn't seem that good. I have two little silicone mini loaf pans and I love them, but I can see them not working well depending on what you're trying to make. Sometimes I find that the stuff ends up kind of soggy because I guess the liquid has nowhere to go. The stuff I've made does brown nicely though. I saw these silicone castle molds the other day (I saw the regular metal castle molds before and thought they were awesome but probably hard to get all the details and things because the cake would get stuck in the crevices) and wanted them so badly but I knew that I would probably never use it :pUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06234029540820544681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8215952987234403681.post-22279454756857530722007-07-18T07:29:00.000-07:002007-07-18T07:29:00.000-07:00I have never made madeleines!! I've made David's dulce de leche brownies and they are spectacular.Patricia Scarpinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14025126825422974626noreply@blogger.com
